I lost my SETC bus tickets with my purse. I know the date of journey, time of journey, seat number, bus timings and having the identity proof. I asked for reprint of ticket. The person who is booking the ticket searched for PNR number which he not able to found. And only one ticket was booked which is my ticket only.
But he said like without PNR number we can cancel or reprint the ticket. I lost nearly 800 rupees and too an fro tickets which cost around 760 rupees. Can anyone help me to get the PNR number.
