I brought a sony ericson mobile handset, model number C510 three weeks ago. After using the set for one week, the call rejecting switch of set started to trouble me. Then i went to this mobile service centre authorised by Sony Ericson. The service person opened the set and told me that there was a liquid damage in the set. Then they took my set for servecing against nonrefundable 250 rupees. The work order number was SE309ATS10776 and they told me they would let me know when i'll get back the set and the exact cost of servicing. I requested them to make the procedure fast as i am a doctor by profession because being without phone is really hectic for me. But they did not inform me anything, i had to call them everyday. After that they returned me the phone yesterday, on 10.08.09 and charged me a total of 1650 rupees includind that 250 rupees. My IEMI no is 352045038697537 but they provide me a bill without any IEMI no of my set. When i asked them about this the person person present at that time, they told me there is no need of IEMI number on the bill. When i requested them to give me a bill which contain the IEMI number, he woret the number on the bill and sign on it with a stamp of that shop. With all this they refused to open the set before me to show me that there is no liquid damage in the set now. When they took it they opened it but now they are refusing to do that and they harresed me a lot as i requested them to show me again and again. I tried to call at sony ericson customer care but unfortunately i could not get them. So i was compelled to take back the set form them because of the fear that they might change my original mobile parts. Later i called sony ericson customer care and they gave me the feedback that the shop had to show me that they truely repair the liquid damage as i wanted to see. And they should have provide me a fresh bill containing IEMI number. So i am comlaining against their misbeheaviour and their inconvenience of service.
