Ashoka Arts, Udaipur
Non receipt of item

In August this year, I travelled to India from Australia with my husband on a holiday and travelled to Udaipur. A friend from Sweden was also travelling with me. We purchased a few items from Ashoka Arts including a white marble ganesha statue and my friend purchased a black ganesha statue to be shipped to the respective countries.

On reaching back to Australia, I find inspite of innumerable phone calls and emails to Ashoka arts, they didn't ship the items for 2 months. And when they finally did, they send me the wrong ganesha statue. I have called them many times and they refuse to answer claiming that the owner is not available and will contact me soon. To this day, I ahve not received anything from them.

I need some help with this matter.
