I had purchased Bajaj Wave 110 cc bike (Vechile No. TN22 AL 8570) from JAI AUTOMOBILES Bajaj showroom in 15th November with Ashok Leyand Finance (Indus-in Bank), Chennai Proposal code No: TCT03644H on 36 months E.M.I. amount 819/-Rs. In these three years period I have successfully paid all E.M.I. punctually (July Completed) and with out any over due date. Now my loan amount is cleared with interest amount as per loan agreement so I want N.O.C. & Original RC Book from Ashok Leyand Finance (Indus-in Bank), Chennai. I have already asked for it on their Tamabaram Branch. But there is no response. When i paying last EMI they said i will get within 45Days N.O.C. & Original RC Book but now poor response monthly twice iam walking their branch past 1 year.
Please Help me, What would i have to do
