Poor Service

Sir,

I am consumer No. MT06878888 (Kazhakkoottam, Trivandrum). From the month of Feb onwards, they suddenly disconnected the telecast of few channels like Ten Sports, HBO etc, without any intimation. When we noticed this, we enquired the customer service and were asked to wait for few days. They informed us that Asianet's management is negotiating regarding the price hike of zee packages. We waited the whole of Feb, March, and now its April and still no sign of re-establishing those channels. No proper reply from the customer care. They don't give us appalate authority's contact. We are clearly unsatisfied with their service.
