My yahoo mail ids has been hacked by someone today. Even my profile is changed, I am not able to retrive it. It give message as " Hmm... Let's try that again (9001). Profile doesn't matched."

I am working as a overseas emplymenbt in ISRO, both these mail contains very important personnal information. I need it to be restored as soon as possible. Please advice me to file an official complain in this regard, so that I will not be responsible for misuse of my mail id.
