Exhannge of defective clothes

Hi,

I have purchased 5 dresses from ASTITVA which is in Marredpally, when i gave these dresses to the dry cleaner he says he will not dry clean it as the color of the dress is spreading all over the dress.

I have asked her to exchange the dress and she is refusing to exchange.

I have told her that i will go to Consumer court and she did not bother about it and told me to go to Consumer court.

What shall i do now.

Please help me out, I have the bill and they cost aroung Rs.6000/-.
