Respected sir,

In the time of withdrawing moneyfrom my a/c (mavelikkara ATM) on 14/05 2.30pm amount of rs i cant get the money but the amount debited from my account and also get the customer advice, at the time i informed the branch in the concerned section and give a written compliant but they not take any action aganist the compliant please take necessary action. I think that one of the ATM conter has problam regulerly
