My name is Sachin Jain. I am the account Holder Of your Bank. My account Number is 20160519206. I submitted my properly filled ATM foam to your Branch (Allahbad Bank, Jhajjar Road, Rohtak, Haryana 124001) for getting ATM Card on 20.08.09. But I dont have my ATM card to till now.
