Recaliming for the amount deducted from my account due to not properly working machine

On 01/31/10 I have tried for the cash withdrawl with Citi Bank ATM card from SBI 9 BRD CANTEEN I ATM machine, but for the first transaction amount of Rs 2500/- I got the error with a error reciept saying SORRY UNABLE to Process but the amount as been deducted from my citibank savings account. This complain is regarding to claim on the amount Rs 2500/- that had deducted wrongly from my account. I have the receipt with me.
