Not recieving of ATM card

As i have lost my ATM card on the day of diwali, for next two days bank was closed due to diwali holiday so i called up to customer care to block my ATM card and after two days i went to Sbbj Main Brach at public park in gangangar (Rajasthan) with aplication to Reissue my atm card from that day oct-18, i have gone so many times to confirm abut new ATM card as i have not recieved yet .first at the time request they didnt give me any req, NO. only said that you will recieve it within 15 days now its been 1-1/2 month still i have not recieved my new atm, when i go ther they people says we cant do any thing here your ATM will come from Mumbai it will come at ur Home address.
