Not receveing of atm card

Dear sir

I would like to inform you that i have a savings account at State Bank of India Beltola branch (4419). My account no is 20004298377. On opening the account SBI the same branch avail me an ATM card. Unfortunately i have lost my ATM card on 8th October and informed to the branch office. The branch office person give me a phone no that is 080-26599990 and ask me call to that same no. And i called to that no. From that no someone ask me about the details and i explained. then the same personal told me that my account has been locked and i have to pay 200.00 (two hundread rupees) for new one ATM card also they give me a complain no that is Token no.200810101604225. Then i filled a form to get another one ATM card.

Now the SBI ATM services deduct my money from my accounts on 10-10. but still i am not getting my ATM card in my address. I asked many times to the branch office they are telling if they will send it i will get it. If i want to know more they are giving me the the same phone no that is 080-26599990.

So i request to send my ATM card as early as possible
