Attenders
Absence of attenders

Dear Sir,

I travelled by Chennai Banglore mail on 5th May by coach A 2, Berth 27. Around the time the train reached Bangarapet, the AC was running to full strength causing much inconvenience to passengers. A few like me who had woken up due to this inconvenience were searching for an attender in all the Ac coaches including First class Ac, A1 and Third AC coach but no one was traceable to help in reducing the AC.

Are nt there supposed to be an attender for every AC coach?
