Transformer under breakdown

this is to inform you that i have changed my faulted village transformer with the help of linemen, local j.engineer of our power house office & mr. vinod j.e bulandshahar office

demand of bribe by mr. vinod for making indent of repaired transformer is very high . after making indent he made indent for m/s rinku transformers, bulandshahar u.p . we changed the tranformer but when govt.line men fitted the transformer at my village it was not working .now again i am at the same situation

now they all again wants all the things as they demanded previously.

they all refused to help me
