Delay of lugege at destination and changing of return date

On 14 May I had a flight to Iran. Flight/Date (os462/14 May/os871/14 May). When I arrived to airport I did not recieve my bags because they left in vienna. I am a cancer patient and I had to take my medicine regularly but I could not because I put the medicine into my bag. After 2 days I got my bags. I changed the return date but when I went to the airport officer in the airport told me that we have not got your name in the list of passengers.next day I went to Austrian Airline office and asked them about that they said we did our job and it is airport's officer fault.all document you may need about these matters I have got with me. Please attention to my complaint
