On 6th April, I took an Auto from Street no.8, Ramanthapur to Uppal Junction. I asked to start the meter but he didn't and bargained at Rs. 20 upto Uppal junction. I am new in the city and he left me somewhere near Habsiguda and demanded Rs. 30. When didn't gave him the money he hold my collar started abusing in Telugu (which i don't know) and accumulated some persons. Atlast being humiliated I gave him Rs. 40, but he then further he was demanding more.
The driver was drunk and his vehicle number is AP9W6108.
