I ordered for a Louis Quartz Gents Watch (Product Code 890) at the cost of Rs.490/-, the order no. 160085604 dated 09/04/08. The amount of Rs.490/- was deducted from my CITI Bank Credit Card on 9/4/08 but till date I have not received the product. I contacted several times to Customer Support Deappt. of M/s AVA Marchandising and till date nothing supplied to me. Every time false statement was given by Customer Support Officer like Dhananjay, Sidharth, Manoj, Jay, Punam and others. Sometime it was told that the product has been despatched through courier by First Logistics on 5/5/08 again date was changed and it was informed as 9/5/08 vide waybill no. 900017625. Again it was changed and inform me that product has been despatched by Blue Dart on 10/6/08 vide waybill no. 12040689356. But in both cases I checked in the Website of First Logistic & Blue Dart and came to know that both the waybill nos. are false and invalid. I had faith on M/s AVA Machandising an ISO 9001 company.
Please help me how could I get the product or money back.
It is definetely a cheating.
