Forgery/misbehaviour & false commitments

I wanted to lodge a complaint against AVA merchandising. This company does impulsive marketing of there products with attractive prices and position themselves very smartly with ones Credit Card bills.

I just enquired about a Blackberry Handset from them. They told me that the delivery happens within 21 days of order placed. I placed them the order but as I havn't recived the product after 23rd day I cancelled the order.

But to my surprise its being charged again & again on my credit card. The Customer Care sitting there tells a diffrent story every time that it will be done within one week. I have spoken to them not less than 60-70 times but every time the same crap is heard. And now these customer care have started taking diffrent names of themselves.

I asked them:-

Your Boss no, ...reply was "No... we can't give".

Your office address... reply was "No... we can't give".

Your office board no... reply was "No... we can't give".

When I case will be cleared... reply was system not working from last 7 days so we are helpless.

Its rediculous. I am still fighting with them after 60 days of this forgery happend with me.

All these companies should be banned for betraying the consumer.
