Product Replacement

I had placed an order on 6/5/08 and Order Number is: 040039896, the product is delivered on 6/17/08 and when opend the box, I found the product is damaged and mailed the same to AVAMerchandise, and I have sent the damaged prouct through "ARAMEX Couriers on 07/15 as requested by them". Now when I ask for the status on this issue, there is no reply till date. I could get a contact number of AVA : 09910899480 (which I got from HDFC) to which I couldn't get connected anytime.

I have all the mail proof for the same. I'm fedup with their service. Kindly let me know what to do.
