Non-reciept of ordered products and fraudulent activity

I ordered for four products (Products and Codes: Digital BP Monitor (808), Victoria Jwellery Set and Watch (719), Polyrasin Fountain Buddha (913) and Monalisa Pearl Set (Code N/A) - Order No.200028156) on 31st July. I was informed, after repeated long phone calls, that the products were despatched through First Logistics (Ref: 900043760) on 9th August. However, I repeatedly contacted First Logistics, but they said no such consignments can be traced as on 8.09.08. Since AVA Merchandising failed to deliver the products beyond a stipulated time, I requested for cancellation of the order on 08.09.08; and I was informed that the cancellation was made, although the executive did not give me any cancellation number. I was also told that the money against such order number will be credited to my SCB Credit Card Account. However, surprisingly, as on today the money has not been credited to my Card Account.

In the event, either AVA should make arrangements for re-despatching of the four products, or make neccessary arrangement immediately to refund me my money, amounting to Rs. 3, 730 to my SCB Credit card Account.

It appears that AVA Merchandising, which claims to be of highest standard regarding consumer service, has been worthless, failed to deliver proper service, and has taken fraudulent activity, which I think demands information be given to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Delhi.
