Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had made a transaction for the product "Nikkon Coolpix Camera L14 701" on 09-Sep, from AVA Merchandising, but still the product has not been delivered to me. When I placed the order it was told to me that the product will be dispatched to me within 14 working days. On 25th Sept, I called and asked the status so they told me that it has been dispatched on 24th Sept to the courier services (FIRST FLIGHT) and the docket number is (O 01402440). I called the First Flight Courier Services several times (Delhi branch & Gurgaon branch) and provided them with the docket number, but after the verification, it was said that there is no product with such docket number.
I again called up the Customer Care of AVA Merchandising and from there they simply hung my call by telling that you will get this product within a week abruptly. After that I called up the customer care continuosly and the Customer Reprsentative didn`t bother to give me call regarding my product status and denied to give any complaint or refrence number and contiuously told to check from Courier Agency inspite of making full payment in advance.
But till date I have not received the product.
