Not responding to the phone calls

I have got a scratch card with my SBI Credit Card Monthly statement, which shows that i won a LOUIS watch. It has been mentioned that I have to contact the telephone numbers given on the scratch card in order to get the gift. Since 30 days i have been dialling the telephone numbers, but no one is responding. When I asked the SBI Customer Care Cell they given another 2 phone numbers of AVA Merchandising. But no one is responding to these numbers also. It is not correct to cheat the valuable customers by giving such false announcements.
