AVEO 1.6LT OPTION PACK
Non delivery of Leather upholstery

This is to inform you that I had purchased a 'AVEO 1.6LT Option pack' car from M/s Ashtavinayak of Malad (W), Mumbai-400064 on July. The car was delivered to me on 5th August. The regdn no. of the car is MH43V8375.

During the negotiation, a catalog was give to me which shows that there will be leather upholstery. However, the car was delivered without any leather upholstery.

It is very antagonising that company like General Motors is printing catalogs indicating some features and then not providing the same. This shows that General Motors is telling lies to customers for selling cars.

I would like to know the reson behind such calous attitude by the company and would seek Genral Motors to provide leather upholstery as demanded.

I expect an urgent reply, without which I may have to report the matter to higher authorities.
