Poor Response from Deale

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have given my car for servicing and repair on 18th of December. The repair is simple replacement of a air hose and tubes. I was told to take the vehicle within a week and extended for another week, and now today it is 9th Jan 09 still I do not know the status of the hoses ordered by the dealer to the Gujarat plant. Dealer has asked to inform the GM, [email protected] for which complaint has been lodged on 3 rd Jan. They are still saying that it is coming, coming and coming... and it is 20 days passed.

I need a compensation for the delay interms of waiver of service charges, which comes to Rs.2000 and vehicle to be delivered @ my house free of cost.

I would like to inform that I may take this to other media if there is no response from the dealer / company does not respond.
