SIM not registration

I am holding sim of airtel life time validity. received before 4 month. now message received from network sim not registration fail. my sim no is 9970266495 i have leaving in pune city. document already submitted before 4 months. please solve my problem.now my sim is not in use. check properly and make ok early time.
