We have submitted all documents that were verified in Pune after my mothers death related to her Aviva Life Insurance Policy. The company had said they will settle the amount in 7 working days. We had handed the documents on 27th Dec'08. We have been calling repetitively in Pune and Delhi. Now they have a new thing come up that since my mothers policy (Mrs. NIshi Sethi) had an indexation update and the amounts were taken past 3 years for the same their system has not got the update to the same. Due to this there is a departmental blame game going on.
Please advice how do we get this act in place.
