IMPROPER INFORMATION
I took the policy LLG.1187424 from AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE through their agent Rohit jain LUDHIANA. At the time he told me the policy has three years lockin period and i have to deposit RS-10000/ p/a for minimum period of three years, and after three years if i wish i can get the full payment of my UNITS @ of current N.A.V of the units,
But now after giving the installments of RS- 10000/ p/a for three years the company is now settling my a/c by giving the payment of RS 6600/-after deducting 70% of my units. which is very unfair since i have invested my hard earned money to get some good profits and growth.
TOTAL AMOUNT INVESTED IN THREE YEARS--30, 000/-
TOTAL AMOUNT OF 100% UNITS --23, 000/-(APPROX. AS PER CURRENT N.A.V)
PAYMENT BEING MADE BY THE COMPANY -- 6, 600/-
SHORT PAYMENT --16, 400/-(APPROX)
THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN CREATED ONLY DUE TO THE IMPROPER INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE AGENT ROHIT JAIN AND I HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY AND FURTHER I REQUEST YOU TO PURSUE MY COMPLAINT. SINCE THIS LOSE IS VERY BIG FOR ME.
