Wrong amount deduction at ATM transaction

Hello Sir,

Wrong deduction from my balance dated 04/04 at time 12.00am.

I try to withdraw 2000Rs. from the Karnataka Bank ATM, Vile Parle (E) branch.

ATM ID: KBL02023, Transaction Serial No: 846065

I initiate transaction but there is an error message on screen and slip printed with message "Issuer Down"

No money is come out from the ATM.I can provide printed slip.

Then I try at icici bank ATM near that ATM. There is also error message "Try after some time".

Then I went at Axis Bank ATM, Parleswar Mandir, Vile Parle (E), withdraw 2500Rs. Transaction successfully. I got 2500Rs.

But for that date i.e. 04/04Rs. also debited to my account which I am not get.

Regarding this issue I register complaint at Axis Bank customer care, Complaint no.:9029774.

Please tell me when should I get that money refund to my account?

So please inform and assist me as early as possible.
