Incorrect withdrawl from ATM

I have an ATM Card of Bank of Baroda. Using this ATM card i had Entered the request to withdraw 5500/- rupees at Axis Bank ATM (Ber Sarai, New Delhi CD II). But instead of 5500 it had withdrawn only 5100 rupees (500*9 100*6).

This money was of my friend & he is thinking that i am telling a lie to him.

What to do? Plz reply.

Plz notify me if u need my A/C No. Or Card no. Or any other detail.
