Regarding debit card pin for ASIX bank

Respected sir,

This is to entimate you that I am "Anup kumar Pandey" having salary A/C in AXIS bank at bilaspur, Chattisgarh.

On 22 nd oct when i went to ATM it gives that your incorrect pin.

I contact the AXIS bank customer care and old them that i have not changed the password of my debit card so why there is problem.

They ask my details and informed me that due to technical problem new debit card pin has been issued.

Presently i am at Asansol still i did not got the password.

You can understand how muchit serious.

So many times i contact the ASIX bank bilaspur, Asansol but only they told "sir aa jayega".

i request you to please take action against those who are responsible for that.
