Hi,

This is Utkal Keshari Patra, had taken a Persona Loan of 3.66L from Axis Bank and I had paid all the amount on 2nd of June. I was being told that I will get all the clearance amount within 15 days and ECS payment will be stopped. But it has been 1month I didn’t get any documents and for this month, EMI amount has been deducted from my account. I had informed the bank prior to this month not to deduct the amount as I needed that amount urgently. But EMI amount has deducted from my account.

I have been calling Axis bank multiple times and many times nobody is picking up the call and there is no proper reply when I am sending mail to [email protected].

So is this kind of service is provided to customers by Axis bank. I called up Axis bank customer care on Saturday (3rd July 10) and had told that I wanted to talk to Branch manager and they told me to give a call around 1:30 PM but when i called nobody picked up the call.
