System has not updated payment of credit card

This is with reference to the cash payment made by me on 07/06/08 for the month May.

The receipt no. is 10760 .

Amount paid in cash=3000 Rs.

But when I called up customer care deptt., I Came to know that still the payment has not been updated in system. Please look into this issue as unnecessary late charges would be levied in my statement.
