Debit Card amount dedusted by some other card

My Name is Neeraj Sharma, somebody have deducted Rs80, 000/- from my account without using my Debit card. Kindly suggest me the procedure and place where i can lodge my complaint as Local police have refuse to lodge my Complaint.
