Bill/PIN for Credit Card-NOT YET RECEIVED!

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice the following things.

I was called by the axis bank and was asked whether I want to go for a credit card

I submitted my documents

I got the sms on my mobile no9322916669 that my credit card is dispatched through Firstflight courier and was asked to call the courier service if I dont receive the card in 72 hours.

I did n`t receive the credit card in 3 days so I called Firstflight Courier, they told me that my credit card was returned back to them: Reason was: Wrong address.

After a week I got sms that my card is returned to the bank.

Within a week I received my PIN number through the post on the same address.

Till date I have not received my credit card.

Enquiries made so many times and atlast I gave up calling Axis Bank.

I gave complaint through e mail-Response was NIL

Today I have received BILL FOR THE SAME CREDIT CARD which I have not used.

My credit card No:4718610100502286,

Please ask the concerned department to do the needful.
