Dear sir,

Sub: Complain regarding delivery of credit card

In the month of March one employee of Axis Bank named Neha called me and offered for a credit card. She send me one agent with form. I filled it properly and submitted all the documents.

Till now i couldnt get any credit card. In the mean time i tried to contact her several times, she told me that inqury is going on. Presently her number is not working.

Kindly do the needful.
