I am a Axis Bank Gold Corporate Credit Card holder and i received a bill of Rs. 71854.55 but i haven't used my credit card for a single rupee and when i gave a call in axis bank customer care they said that the payment is made by Addon Card, but i havent received any addon card and that card has been given to someone else and the same has been misused by that person. When i asked in Axis bank fort branch they said we cannot help you, you have to co ordinate in call centre only. Kindly let me know what is to be done in this case should i launce a police complain also
