Deduct Rs.1000/-and Rs112/- from my SAving Bank A/c No., 155010100026442

I have not received the reply of my letter dt.21.10.2008 for the deduction of Rs 1000/- and Rs112/- from my saving bank A/c

No., 155010100026442 in the month of Sept.. I have maintained the balance of more than Rs., 10000/- in this A/c.

A bank cannot impose transaction charges on a customer who never made any transaction, the Delhi Consumer Commision has held terming such a practice as `illegal and unjustified.

The manager Axis Bank Jalandhar has to reverse the said charges.`
