Cutomer Support system does not works at all

My savings a/c no. is "039010100473200",

today (11th Apr '08) i called 3-4 times (in every 2 hrs intervals) in cutomer care just to send me the Bank Statement form "Sep '07 to Nov '07" every time they noted my email add. and said "we are sending, u'll receive statement in 10 -20 menutes"

bt till now i have not received any statement from Axis Bank' cutomer support system.

why they are sitting there???

at last i called them around 7:15 pm just to complaint about them on their cutomer support system but the response was

"this service is available during the official working hrs only"

once i'll get the statement i'll withdraw every thing from this bank, & will close this account frm Axis Bank.

i would love to join ICICI Bank Ltd.

"does'nt matters how much they charge but they serves better to their cutomer"
