CONSOLIDATION CHARGES

I along with my wife maintain a SB ac 493010100000851 with Axis Bank, Jharsuguda Branch. Today an amount of Rs. 150/- Service Tax has been debited from my account stating concolidation charges without informing me. Can anyone take up this matter for a refund?
