Dear Sir,

My name is Harish Krishnamoorthy working as a Research Analyst with Interberry Solutions, Cochin. My salary account is through Axis Bank and my customer ID is 081048485. I have applied for a personal loan at Axis Bank, Rajaji Road- Ernakulum on July 22.

This letter is to inform you that, till date I haven’t received a proper communication from the concerned persons from the bank whether they are able to process my loan request or not. For the past one month I’m hearing that they will finalize it in next week- next week. I don’t know how long the bank will take time to process a loan request. If they are unable to process they should have made a reply saying that they are unable to process my request.

There was so much delay in verifying my permanent address and what I learned from banking officials that credit approval also have taken enough time due to their meetings and all. Whether they have official meetings or any other stuff’s. It should never take a big toll of customer’s time.

Moreover, I have gone to the bank couple of times and they just made me wait sitting over there and saying same Ramayana that they will process it next week. Their attitude towards customer is damn bad and they don’t know even how to welcome a customer. Last time I visited the bank was on September 20. I have also lodged a complaint by mail on 9th of September to their mail id [email protected].

Hope you will take my complaint seriously and do the needful.
