Axis bank personal loans
Monthly Statments and personal Laon Documents not received

Hi

I took a personal loan with axis bank in the month of Sep and iam paying the EMI through ECS, At the time of processing they told that i will be receiving all the documents, and statements for every month, but still now i haven't received a single letter (statement) from AXIS Bank

When i called up the customer care, they are giving up some local numbers to contact, but this no's will never work.

Can you please look into this issue
