Axis bank Personel loan
Name mistake

I have received a cheque from Axis bank-Cheque refer-293985 dated 14/11 for the personel Loan A/C no-2450010601662630.

In this cheque my name written is wrong, it should be Santhosh kumar. B.N.

Please get this changed and re-issue a new cheque for the same at the earliest.
