SIR,

my mobile number is 9849503555 and on 1st August i sent one sms to my friend, local, and i have the message as 'Message sent failed" and the currency of Rs. One is deducted form my prepaid balance. On enquiring with the call center they said it is some Techinical problem and the amount will be credited to my account. so far no amount is credited. I called up 121 for assistance and the recorded message says" pl sms yr complaint". And more so the call which is in progress with 121 gets disconnected abruptly. On dialling the 121 it has many Options which is quite meaningless and time waste.

My hospital, AXON HOSPITALS, has airtel land connections, where i depend a lot.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.
