Dear sir i applied for disconnection of my air tel broad connection on13 07 2009 at your sanjay palace office. My phone No connection No. is 05624051402.> i paid your upto date charges but sorry to note that till date my connection has not been disconnected. In this regard i have contacted your customerservice at phone No 4444121 With Mr. Sharad who informed me rhat there will be a call to you from our office within 24 hrs but no calls.
I wish to oinform that i will not be responsible for further bill from the date of my application at your Sanjay palace office Agra Office. I once again request you to please disconnect my Internet Broad band connection
