Sir/Madam.

I had visit vodofon store on 23/01 {2no customer}for my new sim,

becoze some time it not working on my mobile,

i had visit from 3 month ago for only sim card problam.but till today not problam solve,

3 month ago thay told me that, my mobile proof not acording my identy.then i gave him my orignal licence identy.

every week from 3 month i visit vodofon store at hoshiarpur, they told me for waiting.

now they said me proof is ok, but i now need to change my new sim, already i gave him money 100 rs for new sim.

even money gave it, wy they not accept my old sim, my old sim is runing position.

issue me a new sim, bad responce got mr mandeep by customer dealing,
