No bills are given on purchase

I have bought spare drain hose pipe and inlet pipe for my washing machine from the same dealer from whom i had bought my machine. He charged me Rs 120 for the Drain hose pipe but the given MRP is Rs 52.I got inlet pipe for Rs 90 whose MRP.is not given on the product. On asking for Bill... he told me that he is not giving Bill for these small things. Also he had not given bill for a Nokia Battery (Rs 300).

As per the Rules Bills should be given on every product.
