Non Receipt of Policy with corrected details

I opened a Unit Linked Capital Gain Policy for Rs.25000/- my Policy date is 06/09. The information given in my policy was almost wrong including my Address, My Employer name

and my annual CTC. I asked for the change of policy with actual information. Since from September I called so many executives of Bajaj, I sent many mails to Bajaj Alliance regarding this, they too send a Token ID. With this also I went to Bajaj Alliance Office in Chennai and I handed over my policy. Upto this time I havent got any response, whenever I call Bajaj Alliance people in Chennai, they say that the document has been couriered, it will reach you in two days. This is the only information that I get from them since September.

Almost six months is passed since I took the policy, but none of them is ready to respond to it. This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Now i dont have my Policy with me even. Please guide me as how to resolve this issue.
