This is regarding my car insurance renewal which was due to expire on 10th July taken from New India Insurance. I was getting continous call from Bajaj Allianz executive (company roles) for renewal of the policy from one month. Finally on 23rd June i finally gave him the premium cheque of Rs 6548/-. I was assured by the executive that i will get the hard copy of the policy within 3 days. Unfortunately nothing happened after that i was daily calling customer care for the update but every time they said it will be delivered by tommorrow. I again tried calling customer care on 7th July and threaten them if i don't get the policy on time i will take action against them. I was aaured that they will send soft copy within 2 hrs. and by 9th July i will recieve hardcopy as my first year policy was to expire on 10th of July. But even after that i got the soft copy by mail on 9th July and still to recieve the hard copy of the policy.
This has been pathectic experience i got my enrolling for Bajaj Allianz insurance. I think they don't understand the seriousness of not having insurance papers & problems i could face due to that. I want you to take a strict action against this casual way of working towards such important things which can land one in major trouble.
