CANCELLATION OF MY POLICY

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid money Rs.12, 500/-(D.D) for New Unit Gain Policy 5 months ago. I have not yet receive the Policy document from you. Now I would like to cancell my Policy. I am not intrested. I have told my request to your representative named Mrs. Priyanka-Bangalore. She is not doing anything for me. I don't know where to give my complient.

Sir... I will be very very graceful to you, if you kindly consider my case and cancell & refund my money as early as possibile...
