N.O.C. & Refund Bank Charges

Respected Sir,

I Have Paid 36 Months E.M.I of Proposal No: 5527 but till date i have not received N.O.C from your Side.

my EMI is 1147 but you debit A/c. of Rs. 1212/- (1147 EMI 65 Bank Charges) Per Months. I paid my Loan amount through Modasa Post Office. so there won't be Bank Charges. Now,

Can i get the excess amount which i have paid.

and could you please make arrangement to get my N.O.C.
